Kelsey was hands down what made this trip SO effortlessly amazing! She is a true Disney-SUPERSTAR! She made my dreams come true. And the best part- I barely had to lift a finger. And the special touches she is able to provide to help ensure the trip is magical (reservations, tips etc.) makes such a difference! Any time I had a question, she was incredibly quick to confirm! I can not imagine booking any other way!

I hoped for a bigger room or another resort and Caitlyn followed up to try and secure something else for us during a very busy Spring Break. I will reach out to her again when we are ready for another trip and would recommend her to anyone looking to travel to anything Disney related.

I already have and will continue to recommend Sam Monterrosa at The Magic Travel Co to anyone I know that is looking to book a Disney vacation! Sam provided all the information, advice, and recommendations needed for some Disney-newbies to really help our family get prepared for the trip! She got a feel for what we were looking for on our trip and kept us informed on anything she thought our family may enjoy, when and how to make reservations, along with Disney World news -- even down to her informative Facebook shares with new food items and limited-time merch! We felt like we were always in the loop! Sam really made herself avaliable as our go-to-gal for anything we needed regarding the trip -- including any hiccups we faced while we were there, to the best of her ability. All the way down to helping figure out a solution to Genie+ technical difficulties, and helping us find our way "home" to the resort when the Skyliner was down. She really gave our family the tools we needed to have an amazing trip. This vacation was so amazing, we have already began to discuss another visit in 2025, with the grandparents and cousins this time! And of course we will be using Sam as our travel agent again! :)

Sam gave us the tips to accomplish everything we had hoped for and more, down to what rides to rope drop, ILL, etc. I was coaching the morning of our 60 days out and she booked our lightsaber and droid builds at multiple times to ensure we accomplished the main objective for our trip! She met with me multiple times and went over everything to calm my nerves. She was reachable when I had questions during our trip and offered to assist in any way. I will never use another TA - she was amazing!
